CHL Studio: an event registration platform built for scale
CHL Studio needed more than a one-off landing page. The goal was to turn event registration into a repeatable system: branded pages, editable content, registration windows, attendee lists and email workflows managed from a simple backoffice.

CHL Studio needed a fast but scalable way to manage event registrations without editing code or relying on a developer for every update. The platform had to support editable content, registration opening and closing dates, capacity limits, entry options and email communication.
Optimize the visitor flow first, then build operational autonomy around it.
I focused first on the core user journey: moving visitors from the event page to a completed registration with minimal friction. The public experience was designed mobile-first, while the backoffice was shaped around the team’s real operational needs: creating events, updating content and managing attendee lists.
A reusable platform for branded event pages, attendee data and email workflows.
The final solution includes a branded event page, validated registration form, anti-spam checks, duplicate prevention, registration limits, attendee database and Mailjet-powered email automations. The backoffice gives CHL Studio the ability to launch and manage new events independently.
From one-off page to reusable event system
CHL Studio had already validated the workflow through an earlier, simpler version used for initial events. With the new backoffice, the team can now launch pages, update content and manage communication independently, making the entire process faster, more scalable and less dependent on technical support.
