CHL Studio: a reusable platform for events.
Event pages, registration options, attendee management and email controlled from one back office.
The team creates events, updates visuals and content, collects registrations, exports attendees and emails them without help.

Context
CHL Studio had already validated the flow with a first version used for its early events. That single page needed to become a reusable system.
The platform was built in about a week, in May 2026, starting from the page already in use.
Problem
Creating a new event or changing dates, visuals and options required manual work. Registration data also had to become more organised to make entry management easier.
Solution
I built a platform with a public page and a back office, designed to repeat the same process across different events.
- Event creation from the back office: title, description, background and logo images, capacity, date and registration window, privacy and terms links.
- One configurable single-choice question per event, for example time slots or entry types.
- Mobile-first public sign-up page with automatic states: registrations not yet open, closed or event sold out.
- Six server-side checks on every registration: anti-spam, rate limit, time window, capacity, valid option and already-registered email.
- Attendee list with search, edit and delete, plus CSV export for entry management.
- Per-event email templates with variables, automatic sending on registration and manual sends to attendees, with a delivery log.
The event platform

Result
CHL Studio can create new pages, update content and manage registrations without touching code. The flow can be reused for future events.
Every email leaves a record with its outcome, so the team knows what was delivered and what was not.
